Template 2 – Notice Nonpayment of Rent (Eviction Notice)
Another version of the eviction notice contract, which is simpler than the one illustrated above. More specifically, prior to transmitting the notice, the landlord only has to write in the date, name of the tenant, location of the premises currently occupied by the tenant, the number of days in which the tenenant must vacate the said premises and the rent arrearage.

Template 3 – Notice of Eviction Date
This version of the standard eviction notice is issued in order to inform the tenant of the date the local sheriff will come to vacate premises. For this document to be valid, the landlord must fill in his name, full address, city and phone number, and must do the same for the tenant.
Furthermore, this notice of eviction form must contain a District Court summary ejectment case number, which empowers the landlord to call upon the sheriff in order to vacate the premises.
